Everything here — the shop, the recipes, the venue guide, the Grove — is intended for adults aged 21 and over. That is the whole site, not just the parts about cannabis.
How we check
Every visit opens with a single question: are you 21 or older? Answer it once and we remember for that visit only — the answer lives in a cookie that expires when you close your browser, so a shared or public computer does not carry it forward.
Members go one step further. Posting a recipe, writing a review, claiming a venue or earning a patch all require a date of birth on your account, and the age is calculated on our server rather than taken on trust from your browser. Under 21 is refused. Once you have verified, we stop asking — on that device and every other one.
What we will never do
- Sell cannabis. Baked Elf sells apparel and goods. The Guide lists and links to licensed venues — it never sells, and we take no cut of anything they sell you.
- Give medical advice. Everything in the Library and the Kitchen is educational. It is not medical guidance, and it is not a substitute for talking to someone qualified — particularly if you take medication or are pregnant or nursing.
- Text you. We do not send SMS, and we do not ask for your phone number.
