Steps

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup (42 g) semisweet chocolate chips or chopped semisweet chocolate
- ⅔ cup (134 g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (14 g) cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons (16 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2½ cups (600 ml) whole milk
- Generous pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon infused coconut oil, carrying 50 mg THC total

Steps:
1. Set out a 10-cavity popsicle mould (about 2 to 2½ oz per cavity) and its sticks. Measure your tablespoon of infused coconut oil now and park it by the stove.
2. Melt the chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Whisk in the sugar, cornstarch and cocoa, then pour in the milk a little at a time, whisking out lumps as you go. Add the salt.
4. Raise the heat to medium and cook, whisking often, until the mixture thickens to a pourable pudding and just begins to bubble — roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Pull the pan off the heat and let it stand 2 minutes so the steam dies down. Add the vanilla and the infused coconut oil and whisk for a solid minute: the oil should vanish into the pudding with no shiny beads floating on top. If you see any, whisk again.
6. Let the base cool until it's just warm, whisking once more right before pouring — this is the last chance to keep the dose evenly suspended.
7. Fill all ten cavities to the same fill line. Pour a little into each, then go around a second time to top them up rather than filling the first ones to the brim.
8. Freeze 30 minutes, insert the sticks upright, then freeze until solid, at least 4 more hours. Unmould by dipping the base briefly in warm water.
9. Wrap each pop and label the bag or container: Ten Equal Fudge Pops · 50 mg THC total · 5 mg per pop · 10 pops · made [date] · 21+ only.
