¼ cup melted infused coconut oil, carrying **50 mg THC total**¼ cup plain melted coconut oil (or neutral oil) to make up the full ½ cup of fat½ cup honey or maple syrup½ teaspoon ground cinnamon½ teaspoon kosher salt3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup raisins or other chopped dried fruit
Stoney says: start low, go slow — the forest isn't going anywhere. Wait 90 minutes before seconds.
Steps
- Set a rack in the middle of the oven and heat it to **300°F / 150°C**. Do not be tempted upward — low and slow is both how good granola dries out and how the dose survives. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk the infused coconut oil, plain oil, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon and salt until the coating looks glossy and unified.
- Tip in the oats and almonds and stir until every flake is slicked — a couple of minutes of patient folding, since any dry pocket is a low-dose pocket.
- Spread onto the sheet pan in an even layer and press it flat with a spatula; pressing is what gives you clusters later.
- Bake about 20 minutes, stirring once at the halfway mark. Pull it when it's golden and smells toasty — it will still feel damp and will crisp as it cools.
- Press the hot granola down once more, scatter the dried fruit over the top, then leave the pan completely alone until stone cold.
- Weigh the cooled batch, divide the total by 10, and use that number as your scoop weight — a ½-cup measure is the everyday shorthand, but the scale is what keeps the dose honest. Store airtight.
- **Label the container:** **5 mg THC per ½-cup serving, 50 mg per batch, 21+ only**, plus the date and the portion weight you calculated. Granola is a grazing food, so add a note to scoop rather than eat from the jar — start low, go slow.
